This policy applies to our collection of personal information (i.e., information that may identify, relate to, describe, reference or is capable of being associated with or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with you or your device) that we may collect about you or that you may provide when you visit the website https://www.blvdresidential.com (our “Website”) or mobile applications in connection with our services, including rental and management of our properties, property development, and construction (“Services), as well as our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information. This Privacy Policy applies to consumers, including website visitors and potential job applicants.

- Internet Usage Information such as browsing history, search history, geolocation, IP address, information regarding your interactions with BLVD online, connection, the equipment you use to access our Website, and usage details.

California residents have certain rights with respect to their personal information pursuant to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA); however, BLVD does not meet the threshold requirements for the CCPA. Regardless, we do not sell personal information (including but not limited to biometric or sensitive personal information) to anyone, including for marketing purposes.
Data Retention. We will retain your Personal Information for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Authorized Agent
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to use an authorized agent to exercise a privacy right discussed above. If you are an authorized agent acting on behalf of a resident in California, you must be able to demonstrate that you have the requisite authorization to act on behalf of such resident.
